What we did:
Working with Thames Water, Damar jointly developed a method to reduce sewage sludge tankering costs to primary settled sludge holding tanks.
Freeing up the trapped water content within the sludge holding tanks via the installation of individually designed dewatering screens controlled by a gate valve; resulted in savings of up to 30%.
The screens were designed using our own CAD facilities before fabrication in our workshop.
