The health, safety and well being of our people and the communities we work in are our main focus. The working ethos within our business instigated by our directors and generated from within the workforce and management enables a culture of safety within all our activities.
Our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Manager works with all our people in developing awareness of safe systems of work and runs a comprehensive training programme ensuring that all our people are aware of their responsibilities and how their actions have a direct effect on others.
Through careful monitoring and reporting we have first hand knowledge of our safety performance. The results of which are actively discussed at board and management meetings and importantly at our employee representative safety meetings. Improvements in our performance and better working practices are at the top of all agendas in order that our safety culture is at the forefront of our business.
