What we did:
Upgrade of an existing freshwater booster station whilst still maintaining flows to meet Client requirements.
Relocated one of the three existing 75 kW booster pumps to a temporary kiosk with associated pipework to pump forward flows maintaining a suitable pass forward rate.
Remaining pipework was removed with all associated control panel, lifting equipment to leave the existing building clear for the new installation
Three new 250 kW booster pumps were installed in the existing building together with a new power and control MCC. Pipework provided the revised new flow rate as required by the client.
A new generator was installed to provide power back-up in the event of mains failure and maintain site operations.
A new improved lifting beam was installed together with all new domestics and site lighting.
