As a member of RoSPA and the British Safety Council, Damar Group
has a total commitment to Health & Safety – and has
an excellent track record.
We have recently been awarded a RoSPA Merit Award and a British
Safety Council National Safety Award 2002. These were presented
to us following our remarkably low accident statistics in the
past year. Our incident rate was considerably lower than the
national industry average.
Damar Group Ltd encourages the cooperation of all employees
and promotes a positive safety culture, with each individual
having their own copy of the Damar Group Health & Safety
Policy. We also have our own in-house Health & Safety Manager
who works within all divisions of the group.
The Board of Directors regard Health & Safety as being of
paramount importance and regularly meets to review Health &
Safety performance to ensure standards are maintained and improved.
Damar Group also works closely with their advisors The Building
Safety Group, who offer a variety of services and advise relating
to our industry.
